While working on some of my other mods, I found out that the alternate verisons of spacesuits (like the SysDef or UC Security versions of the UC Marine spacesuits) are set up by simply having their textures applied onto the models of their base version, and that gave me the idea to turn those alternate versions into different skins that you can apply onto to each different version.

The result of that is this mod! Now, you can apply choose the textures that get applied to the different versions, like if you've got a great set of legendary effects on one but prefer the look of the other. Some of these skins are locked behind completing a relevant quest, but other skins will always be available for crafting. On top of those skins, there's also a few options aren't available in the base game, and I've also fixed and improved some of the skins and the different spacesuits to make them more compatible with other skin mods.

Within the Gameplay Options menu, there's an option to allow you to disable the quest requirements for skins, an option to enable the crafting of No Decals Skins, and an option to enable the crafting of "base skins" for spacesuits, which can be useful if you have another mod that adds a variant of a spacesuit with a different default skin.

The standard skins that are available for each spacesuit piece without quest requirements are as follows:

There are No Decals skins available for the following spacesuit pieces:
Note that some of the skin names for the UC Marine and UC Pilot based sets might be slightly different depending on which part of the set you're looking at, due to Bethesda being inconsistent in how they named things.

The Charred Skin is unused in the base game right now, so that's an option that was never available before now. Similarly, because the UC AntiXeno and UC Urbanwar skins can now be used on the different variants of the UC Marine set, you'll be able to see versions of those that weren't possible in the base game.

As for the fixes and improvements I've made, those are as follows:
Additionally, there's also a compatibility patch in the installer if you're using either my Clothing and Spacesuit Fixes or Accessible Apparel Extended to include the spacesuit changes from those mods, and to bring the names of the skins in this inline with the names in those mods.


Shattered Space
The following new skins have been added, with all but one of them unlocked after completing the first quest of the DLC:
All of the skins that are available for the Deep Mining, Deepcore and Deimos sets are also available on the Va'ruun Mining sets.

There are No Decals skins available for the following spacesuit pieces:
The Fang, Va'ruun/Zealot Assault and Heavy Assaults have new keywords to stop the base Va'ruun set's skins from showing up for them, and so that they can have their own skins instead. There are compatibility patches in the installer for either my my Clothing and Spacesuit Fixes or Accessible Apparel Extended to use the keywords from one of those mods instead.
