Simply exchanges the values for the original options
E.g. Ultra is now Ultra with Optimizations
REMEMBER: You must switch between your new installed options for this to take effect, e.g. go between low and ultra

FAQ

FOR THOSE WHO PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED WITH VORTEX:
VORTEX with starfield loader v0.2.0 has a bug where this mod will not be loaded but instead put into the /data folder
If you are one of the prior vortex users and wondering why does this mod not work... that's why :(
I'm sorry I didn't check this, but I never realised that vortex will break something as simple as pasting a file into the main game folder :(

1. What does this mod do?
Take a look at the files if you want. You can open them with notepad!
It slightly tweaks some of the graphical settings like shadows, reflections, grass, npc spawning, non baked light counts, VRS settings,
And a bunch of other bits.

2. For those asking if you can switch settings around, Yes
On the settings you don't change it should still provide performance gains!

3.. If you are getting some black shadows on textures, it does not seem to be this mod, but rather the shader cache
Try going to %appdata% -> back one folder then: /Local/Starfield
You may need to only delete the Pipeline.cache file and restart the game

4.. The mod doesn't work for me why?
You might either be extremely CPU bound (in cities im almost certain you are)
or
You might have not switched presets back and forth, so none of the changes have applied for you yet
or
You installed with Vortex
