Downloaded a Hand Phaser mod, spent about twenty minutes, and visited ten different planets to find one resource...
I ended up spawning it in myself because NO ONE had it!
This mod will save me the hassle of going on a wild goose chase for a resource that the EntireSettled Systems apparently did not have in stock, so thank you!
