   So how does it work? Is there a version of a pip boy or something with the watch that allows us to listen?

      Looks like it requires another mod, just like the old Xbox days where you had to mod in the music aha

      With Starfield Galactic Radio you can control the radios via the numpad:
      
      Toggle Radio On/Off - Numpad 0
      Switch Mode (Radio/Podcast) - Numpad -
      Volume Up - Numpad 9
      Volume Down - Numpad 6
      Next Station - Numpad 8
      Previous Station - Numpad 7
      Seek Forward (1s) - Numpad *
      Seed Back (1s) - Numpad /
      
      And you will receive a notification at the top right of the screen telling you which radio is currently playing
