I love the way this mod looks, I am an xbox player and I downloaded your mod on the creation kit. but I can not find a vendor that sells it. is it a specific vendor or location I have to be at to get it? I saw you said it could be spawned in the console. did you mean with console commands? or like in game with a workbench?
Its been added to the leveled lists so it should show up eventually at any vendor that sells melee weapons. For example: the general store in Akila City. I'd suggest you check your creations list in game from the pause menu to see if it's actually enabled
I checked that vendor and the one at the well in new Atlantis. I'm level 365 so it should be showing up. And yeah it's enabled, I've even deleted it, quit the game and downloaded it again. Put it higher up in the load order and still so far nothing. Do you know of any mods it might conflict with? If you want I can share what I have in my load order and you can tell me. And thanks for the reply the mod looks awesome that's why I wanna get it figured out.
I guess you didn't saw the lightsaber mod by arthSidious666 . lol Great mod. It probably can be buff even higher than what I did in game. I got it only to 2k.

After the newest Buggy update the blade moves very slow during a melee attack.
