Xbox Instructions - Steam Instructions Here
Apologies if there is a better way. I only have the Steam version, this is simply the information I've gathered from others on the xbox version.

Navigate to
C:\Xbox Games\Starfield\Content

Open the file:
Starfield.ini

Locate the [Archive] section in the file and add the following line to it:  bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
