This idea is really great. The mod submits the host information to the website, and then everyone can join any game with the invitation code. It is a list of servers.
However, please remove offline games as quickly as possible, because we often close the SMAPI process directly instead of returning to the main menu normally. So as not to cause related troubles.

Hey man, love the concept. Not sure how to work it exactly. I wanna play with some friends and just be able to meet new players. Either way, thank you for doing this. I love seeing new Stardew Mods, especially Unique ones that can expand the game and overall modding scene!
I'm expanding this Mod little by little, I'm trying to add a graphical interface inside the game, while I haven't finished it, in the alpha version you can see the open servers on the link that is available on this mod's page, this way you can enter the farm of other players, consequently, knowing other players.
As this mod doesn't modify gameplay, you can keep this mod installed on your SDV and whenever you host a game it will be available to other players on the portal.

I'm working on a interface while in gameplay, and others features to website will be add soon.
