Please don't hide or remove this mod. 1.6 isn't out for mobile yet. Many other mods haven't been updated yet. ConcernedApe recommends starting a new save file to see everything new in context, and some people aren't ready to do that yet. Some mods that people are especially attached to, like NPC Adventures, may never be updated. And hiding mods on Nexus seems to remove them from the SMAPI compatibility list, which otherwise can tell people when a mod is obsolete and what can replace it.
I will probably do an update once I know what happens with the Framework required, possibly it will just be merged into the updated framework as they are base game items and I only made this because the original didn't cover these
Just FYI if you didnt see it, Even Better Artisan goods adds what this fix added by default, so for 1.6 this is not needed anymore (as stated on this mods page as well) :)

So Ive read the posts but im still not understanding; im not techy at all when I download the mod, I get a .rar file. there is no option to extract it when i right click. I have several mods but did not need to get an extractor program to extract them (I guess my pc already has one? on windows 11); haven't had any problems. I tried putting the .rar file in the mods folder anyway but SMAPI didn't even realize it was there. Do i definitely need a 3rd party extractor? if so which one/ where can i download one safely
.zip files are handled by Windows natively, but .rar files require a program like Winrar to unzip them. .rar files are a pretty common file type so it's worth getting Winrar in my opinion.

Not sure if it's just me, but when I tried to extract the files, winrar tells me it's broken. I even tried re-downloading just to make sure it wasn't the internet.
It's way late for this answer to actually help you, but it looks like this .rar file was made with 7-Zip. Rar files made in 7-Zip have a lot of trouble being opened by winRar for some reason, so you'll need to grab yourself 7-Zip if you want to open it.
