grandpa's ring isn't showing at the hats shop for me. do i have to wait until year 3 (grandpa's evaluation) and then the ring appears? or is this a bug?

Uploaded at 23th of August? Not 31th of October? :P I mean, if you want grandpa to constantly see what you do, and it won't bother him, then sure, haha. I saw a mod about making him angry, so if you'd want a Halloween mod, add that to this one XD
