i think it would be better if you increased the price of prismatic shards to maybe 5-10 of every gem and the price of stardrop to like 100 prismatic shards on account of it being a finite item in the base game
I'm pretty happy with the balance of it as it is. The sell cost of all the gems is roughly the same as the Prismatic Shard's sell cost. The Stardrop doesn't really have a comparable item to go with so I'm "happy" with it at 25.
That said, it's really easy to change in the code if you'd like to edit it yourself. In content.json:
"Stardrop": "74 25/Home/434/false/s Combat 9" ... change that 25 to however many shards you want a Stardrop to be.
Same with the shard:
"Prismatic Shard": "60 1 62 1 64 1 66 1 68 1 70 1 72 1/Home/74/false/s Mining 9" Change all those 1's into 5 or 10 or whatever to edit the amount you want it to cost.

By default the Stardrop recipe is learned at Combat Level 9 and takes 25 Prismatic Shards.

Do you have those skills? I'm not sure if it will grant them if you're already above level 9 or not. If you are, I'd just lose and re-give yourself the skill with CJB Cheats Menu.
