I am sorry to see some people are having problems with downloading this mod. I am no expert and really don't know what happens to the files in that process, but i do know that manual download works without a problem. Please try that if you have problems.
what's the difference between the new CP version and the AT version? Will the CP version replace the vanilla? I haven't played the game yet since update
I'll be updating my CP mods (eventually). Even before they're updated, the mods should mostly work fine, they're just simple cosmetic mods. Until then you can 'update' the mods yourselves, if the message is bothering you. Just change the first line of the content file to "Format": "2.0.0"
I can't guarantee AT version updates for now, but hopefully they'll be updated eventually.
If you have problems with the mods please. use the SDV discord help channels. All the mods work flawlessly in my games and I simply don't have the time to figure out everyone's compatibility hiccups.
Hey, can someone give me a step-by-step on how to install this mod? I'm treating it like every other mod, but it won't work no matter what I do. I think it might be because it's a RAR file. Any help?
Okay, so with some YouTube magic, I managed to figure it out. First you're going to go to 7-zip.org in your browser Next, you're going to download the right one for your system (for me it was the 64x64) Then, go into your downloads, and open the application. It should ask if you want to allow the app to make changes to your device. Click yes. Then download any RAR mod. Once you've downloaded it, go into files, and right click it. Then go into more options, and select 7-Zip. Select the extract option, and then move the new folder into your mods folder! And voila! You can now use any RAR type mods. (This took three hours of struggling.)
Hey first off, I LOVE THIS MOD. THANK YOU FOR IT. secondly, I'm so sad that I cannot use it on this new computer I have. I don't know why but it's downloading as a word document or something and not an actual folder. I'll hold out until it can get fixed. Maybe it has something to do with MacOS software?
Can anyone help me with a small issue? This mod works for anything that's loaded in immediately, but the minute I move anything it reverts into a plant or some other item and refuses to turn back into the item it was originally. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?
I love this mod and I really want to have it in my game, but when I install it the furniture in the game shows up as like the original and the recolor on top of each other. Is there any way to fix that?
You likely have a different recolor mod that also applies new textures. Uncheck your recolor mods, find which one does it, and delete recolor sprites from that mod.
This is really late, but if you're still having this issue try renaming the mod file to start with a Z. Doing so will make the mod load first, which is what fixed it for me! :)
