I really love how these turned out! The only person I feel it didn't really capture was Alex to be honest. He doesn't look like what I would envision him to. But, that's a perspective thing I think, not a flaw. We all have different ways of imagining the characters if they had semi-realistic portraits. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep the mod for long cause it slightly triggered my OCD (it made my mod folder an uneven number and I can't handle uneven numbers, nothing to do with this mod itself) but I just wanted to say I enjoyed it enough when I had it apart from being unable to marry Alex due to his new portrait lol. I actually kind of liked that for the run I had with it because it forced me to try the other bachelors so I went with Elliott and surprisingly liked his character! I wouldn't have tried marrying him before downloading this mod so I think that's a plus for sure!
These are absolutely amazing! wow, did you draw these yourself? Are you a professional artist or something? I'm seriously mesmerized! A few suggestions... well, more like a wish from me; why not work together with DCBurger high res portraits' engine? Your art is so amazing i'd love to see them in high res. Other than that, like everyone else I'm waiting for the other villagers' portraits. Thank you so much!
but the main reason i can't use your mod is because:
a) static portraits, no different expressions b) since not all NPC's have received a makeover, the ones that don't stick out like crazy and break immersion
I am sorry that you’re unhappy with my mod. If you’re willing, I would like to hear critique as to why you find some portraits lacking!
The portraits are not intended to be static; their expressions change in my test game, so this must be a bug. If you could submit your mod folder details to me, I can address that asap.
I have stated in my mod description that I plan on completing all the villagers’ portraits in time; however, since I’m a student, this update may take me a while.
Make your own then comment makes me laugh every time. No not everyone has to make their own, If they do not wish to use a persons mod and telling the person why when The person themselves is open for the info given. That is just silly.
