Moved all of the umbrellas to the Hat Mouse shop, players with wetness enabled will now receive a Tattered Umbrella in the mail from Lewis so that players starting out will still have something to protect themselves from the rain.
Rain Coat now gives a modest 20% shielding from wetness stamina drain, this can stack along with hats, so wearing some rare hats plus the raincoat can now make your farmer immune to wetness!
Added a config option so that you can now set up hats from other mods to work with the wetness system and prevent stamina drain from wetness.
Added integration with IllogicalMoodSwing's Rainy Day Clothing.
Added integration with Hope's Hats - Rain Hoods.
Fixed weather from Ginger Island not being recognized.
