That sounds both funny and tragic- I've been checking up on the syntax and CP related stuff for dialogue and I should be able to belt out an update for this soon. I was going to run through Nuka World first but this mod definitely needs the attention sooner.
hello! wanted to ask if you're still planning on updating this mod? totally no pressure if not of course. just checking in, since it's a very cool mod that i really miss in 1.6
Still slowly working on it, I've been pretty busy as of late and I haven't yet learned how to properly change over all the changes to 1.6 in CP. I'll definitely get to it soon (hopefully) it's just been a busy summer! Heck, perhaps I'll work on it this week.

Because I've been working on bringing Plentiful Harvest up to 1.6 and that's been a pain in my rear, I'm working on this on the side. Full testing is currently not yet started, but I've already noticed that CP won't add the Void Crostata anymore. Some work will absolutely need to be done.
As for SVE, I think that if you're still running 1.5 then it should work. I never played much of SVE myself but this mod should only really affect Krobus, and even then it's not most events or anything- just daily dialogue and some tags. I urge you to give it a try and let me know if conflicts or bugs happen, I can certainly try to fix them over time. :)
Thanks for working on such a niche mod at all! I'll test it with a few other mods soon. Including an SVE Krobus dialogue expansion. I know it will likely cause some sort of problem but I want to see what happens. Notably what mod will take priority with what dialogue appears.I imagine SVE will cause problems at bare minimum with the new recipe, considering the whole thing about the last item of spring needing to be left empty for this mod.
Unrelated, but I always thought it would be cute if krobus could water your crops in the morning and when outside on the farm he has a little sun hat to protect him from the sun.
Some of the neutral dialogue seems to display correctly. It seems there's an error where any time krobus uses an ellipses (...) in dialogue it causes a random letter and the G currency icon to appear in the text box beside it. I can get dialogue from this mod to appear when using the SVE expanded krobus dialogue mod, so it seems there is surprisingly little to no conflict there. I'm not sure if this is from your mod or a different one, but when Krobus remarks about the Egg Festival, he did it on the day before the festival instead of the day of.
Other than that, I'm not seeing many other errors. It seems to only have a few problems in 1.6, so that's good.
Thanks for the shortlist, I'll see if there's any issues with the ellipses. I'll also check dialogue for the egg festival because I can't remember if it's supposed to show up before or if I goofed lmao
just wanted to say thanks for the update - i've been waiting to continue my one save until this updates and i'm glad to hear it's still in progress. thanks for your hard work!
Hey there! Not sure if you're still working on the mod now, but if so, would it be possible to change Krobus' schedule so he gets in bed with you like the other characters when married instead of going to his part of the house and just standing there the whole night?
I'm not exactly great at the actual schedule editing, and I think (?) keeping from full-on schedule edits keeps it more compatible. In the future if I get better I might give it a go. :)
Sounds great! Maybe make a seperate version of this mod with more things like schedule changes but with less compatibility for the people that don't play with any other conflicting mods? I'd love to try something like that!
does this mod work on its own to allow marriage and dating with this character or do i need to download another mod to enable it as im uncertain if this is just dialogue based but doesnt enable the relationship to change to dating and married also does this mod contain a marriage event or will that be skipped?
Most of the changes are in dialogue, but Krobus is actually reclassified as a "spouse", but it's basically a cosmetic change in the game's code/display on the menu and such. Unfortunately not much more changes.
Just wanted to say i really appreciate this mod, the dialogue is so cute and exactly what i was hoping for, ive wanted to date krobus ever since the first time i saw him and now i can :D also, im not entirely sure if it always works 100% but i think planned parenthood lets you choose to have a baby with krobus? i only was able to test it once on a save i was testing the multiple spouse mod on so maybe you do have to be married to an extra person to get it to work, but it will show krobus' name! theres another mod i was looking at called 'adjust baby chance' so maybe if planned parenthood doesnt work for any of yall, maybe try that one? I think theres also a debug command that will give you a child/make you pregnant/adopt if you cant get the others to work, but im not sure how they work since i have yetsofar to use them, im trying not to until i really need to.
Console commands are always iffy on when they work right, sadly. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the mod, though! I'm certain there's tons of workarounds out there just as you brought up. If you can find one that works flawlessly let me know so I can recommend it here!
