in 1.6.3 when you give him a bouquet the text box glitches with "?!" with the only option of giving him the bouquet but it keeps popping up and never actually going away aka kinda just soft locking me :o[ i know this mods a few years old but is there any plan to update it to be compatible with 1.6.3?
Ikr! waiting for this mod to be fix. Got depressed over this because my Krobus don't have any sleep hoping to change his sleeping routine somehow in the bed like the other characters.
Is this mod supposed to make it so you can adopt with Krobus? I have been making a point of making it to bed on time, and I am at max hearts with Krobus, but Krobus never asks if I want to have a baby.
It works if you just want to date him - but if you want to marry him it's unfortunately broken. Once you marry him his spouse routine conflicts with the game's roommate routine. For me it caused him to constantly have the "I couldn't get to bed because my path was blocked" message, and no matter what I did his hearts would keep dropping because he wasn't getting any sleep.
I really hope this mod is updated some day. I really want to marry the little guy, without him being miserable!
I can't date Kobrus, for example on the panel where you can see the characters' stats, under the krobus name it says "Single", and it has two black hearts next to the red hearts, I was happy, because I thought the mod had worked, but when I went to offer him a bouquet, he asked what kind of joke was that, I tried again but it came up that "it's impossible to date krobus", I don't understand, someone please help me? .
The mod is temporarily broken for SDV 1.5.5+. Rest assured that a patch is coming eventually, although the creator has a lot on their plate right now so we will have to respect that and be patient until they can find the time to fix it.
The mod will temporarily not work with the new version of Stardew Valley, but I intend to migrate to the new version as soon as possible. Sorry for no early response and happy holidays
I just updated SDV to 1.5.5, as well as updated SMAPI to accommodate for the update. When this happened, the mod suddenly stopped working properly. Krobus was still labelled my husband, however, he stopped sleeping in our bed, and complained as if we had no bed the next morning. This happened for several in-game days before I realized that something was very wrong. I then looked at the update description on steam and it said that mods would have to be migrated in order to work with 1.5.5. I have not been able to find a way to undo the update. I'm afraid ill lose all of the progress I've made with this mod, or even that my save file might become corrupted. Please, if you can, migrate the mod to 1.5.5 so it's still playable. Thank you.
Not seeing him during the marriage ceremony is technically normal, since Krobus doesn't have any specific sprites for that event, making him "invisible".
I've been trying to troubleshoot this mod for ages now, but I'm not very experienced with modding at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
He was absent, but I'm assuming that was an issue with the mod itself and has nothing to do with the problem I'm having now lol.. I got this mod like a month and a half ago, wayyyy before the problems started. Knowing I'm not the only one having all these issues puts my mind at ease. I'm holding out hope it will be updated to work with 1.5.5+ soon.
I was checking the files due to seeing some comments about code not working and my downloaded files for the marriage dialogue and schedules is entirely empty when I opened it. Perhaps there was a problem when you posted the files in Nexus or in your own device or my own when I downloaded it.
If you already had Krobus as a housemate before loading the mod into the game, you need to kick him out of the house, use Dark Shrine of Memory and befriend him again, then use the bouquet and simple engagement medallion
Haven't been able to get this working, either in new files or existing ones. Krobus still shows up as "Housemate." Do you know of any conflicts with other mods?
