      From what I understand about CP mods, this will not work with Opal Paths or any other mod that changes the look of crystal paths, as they replace the same asset.
      
      EDIT: I liked the opal paths you linked, so I decided to make a combo that fills them in like this mod, feel free to grab it. :) https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/10516

      NCTX is correct, definitely use their mod if you'd like your opal paths filled in. :)
