You don't have to delete the mod when you upgrade, the cabinets along the left side will automatically disappear. But if you do want to delete the mod, your save file will be fine!
Hello~ I love this mod, thank you so much for this!
I am having a bug but I'm not sure if its this mod or another interfearing. I'm not getting any errors on Smapi. The only thing is that when I upgraded my house for a second time there are some of the book with coffee mugs off in the black space randomly. Heres a screenshot~
I seem to be missing something. How do I rotate the textures so I have the vertical counters? Is this a cabin only thing or am I able to do it with the kitchen in the main farmhouse? I am only able to get the textures facing down right now.
This is the one that replaces the farmhouse, cabin, and island kitchens but keeps the same layout. Did you mean for my my other mod with the extra islands and cabinets? Because that one doesn't have vertical cabinets. I started making variations (vertical runs, left and right end cabinets, etc.) and it was just too overwhelming. Hundreds of assets! So I kept it simple, somewhat.
I have both mods installed since I thought the islands were cute. For some reason, it colored the cabinets and appliances, but it did not give me the corner and vertical piece. Is it because I have the dining room? Or maybe my fridges are in the way? I am currently away from my computer, but when I get back I can get a screenshot
Oh! When you add the dining room, the vertical run of cabinets disappears (whether you have mods installed or not). That's why I was going to maybe add vertical cabinets as an option for AT at some point, but no immediate plans to do it right now.
I hadn't upgraded to the dining room until I saw your post, but when I went to do it, I couldn't recreate the problem and it was fine for me. Is there another mod that may be conflicting or causing the issue?
Hello! Sorry to bother you, but I have the same issue of one other user, where upon adding the dining room, the left side cabinets just disappear. The problem is that, to try and guess which mod was conflicting, I removed every single mod apart from CP, CJB Cheats (to test the issue quicker), and this kitchen, but the issue remains,so I really have no idea what's causing this...it seems that the renovation takes 1 square too many inside the kitchen and so eliminates the cabinets.
They were having a different problem related to another mod. What you're experiencing is just how the dining room upgrade works. Even in Vanilla, that line of cabinetry disappears.
Oooh, thank you! I was going mad trying to understand! I haven't actually been able to play the 1.6 because I'm still trying to test mods, so I didn't know about it ahah
I first want to say that I absolutely love Lovely Kitchen and have been using it for years! <3
I am, however, having trouble getting the white wall tiles to work in 1.6. I set it to 'true' in the config file, but only a few white tiles show up in game. Screenshot here
I'm not getting any error messages in SMAPI. Could I be doing something wrong?
The white wall tiles replace the gray wall tiles that are in the vanilla game. So you would still need to apply that wallpaper (either from Pierre's rotating stock or from the flooring and wallpaper catalog he sells).
so i have this mod installed and i tried both throught the file and through mod configure in game and my kitchen stuff hasnt changed at all. are there any mods that you know of that stop it from working?
I am having the same issue. I tried another kitchen recolor mod and it's not showing up either. I guess that means one of my mods is preventing the kitchen mods from working, but I can't find out which one it is. If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated!

edit: Turns out the mod is conflicting with Redraw Pelican Town mod. I disabled the Interiors setting there and the kitchen mod works fine. Sorry for the trouble!
After installing and running the game once, it will generate a config file. You would change the colors there (the readme file has all of the options listed). You can also do it with Generic Mod Config Menu if you prefer that.

Thank you again for everything you do!
