**If you don't mind an offshot modification to get a Content Patcher. It's pretty easy to make. Just create a mod folder with a manifest and content. See wiki github for pathoschild for changes/load file source code. If you're lazy and don't plan to target a specific section of craftables, you can just have it change the entire file.
I managed to get it to work as CP in about 5 minutes.
Unfortunately i'm not too good at modding. i'd b grateful if someone made a cp update! however u still can use it as is (if only you are not using any other mod that changes 'craftables.xnb')
Look in Stardew's files and find the original xnb file. Save that somewhere else as a backup of the original, then replace it with the one from this mod.
