A very nice MODs, but can we add some drops ( be support by JSON config) from difficult monsters in the futrue? I think hard combat deserves good loot.
Newest version is for SMAPI 3.14 and above as it switches over to the new content api. If you use at least SMAPI 3.14 then the newest version will work fine.
I don't normally comment on mods but--seriously--you are the absolute best. I've had to go through some really roundabout methods to get the Skull Cavern Invasion quest to pop up just so I can go into the Skull Cavern on that difficulty. Super appreciated. Thank you!
The mod works fine, but it shows this red line upon loading, something about object reference not set to an instance object on a C:\user path which isn't mine
Hi! You can safely ignore that, sometimes if you push a button when the game is loading that error can appear because the mod can't actually do anything at that stage. I'll look into a way to stop the error from appearing at all.
Edit: I've located what seems to be causing this and just released version 1.1.1 which will stop that error from appearing.
See how you feel about the following ideas: - Might be good to rename the mod to "Skull Cavern Challenge Toggle" to make it more descriptive of what it does. - The toggle itself could be put on the ground floor of Skull Cavern to that post to the left of the door. - The post itself could be replaced with skull sprite used to activate the Mines Challenge.
Those are some good ideas, I'm not sure about changing the mod name now that it's been published but I'll consider it.
I have actually been working on a small shrine to toggle the Skull Cavern difficulty for a future update instead of using a hotkey, so I'm glad it's an idea you want implemented.
