I found this mod through this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/8031 It allows you to craft it, apparently, and if you install both you can craft one that looks like this mod's ;)
This is so cute and a far more healthy habitat for the poor frogs. The glass appearance is also a lovely touch. Thank you so much for making this (: Just wondering, but would it be possible to have a version without the log in the middle?
Yay! A healthy and humane living space for froggy. Thank you! I've raised amphibians IRL and this is far more realistic than what the original game offered, much closer to what the animal would actually need.

"UpdateKeys": [ "Nexus:7837" ],
It allows you to craft it, apparently, and if you install both you can craft one that looks like this mod's ;)
