I'm sure you've solved this by now but just in case someone else has the error - all this means is you don't have the alternative textures mod, it's here on nexus too and a lot of great mods use it so of course I recommend getting it.
If you do have alternative textures and are still getting that error then : 1. make sure you have the latest version and 2. try re-downloading it - sometimes things get corrupted during the download process and it can cause weird issues
