Many have reported that there are bugs with this mod, especially for the farmhand.
I do not know when/if I will continue working on Multiplayer Horse Reskin.
I will recommend for those who are encountering errors that maybe you try PeacefulEnd's Alternative Textures. One of the things you can do with AT is buy scissors from Robin, and with those scissors you can change the skin of animals (including horses). You just need to download Content Packs (CP) and/or Alternative Texture packs (AT) and they will show up for you when you use the scissors in game.
I had this same issue and fixed it by adding some Tractor textures to the assets folder of Multiplayer Horse Reskin, and then just changing the tractor to one of those. I used "Tibs Tractor Skins" and it works great.
...So what I'm getting out of this is that this mod can potentially be used to swap between different tractor skins as well as horse skins. As long as mod users know that we need to add at least one tractor skin to the assets folder, that actually sounds like a bonus feature.
Got some yellow SMAPI errors while testing this with several other horse mods. I know bug reports are closed for now but I just wanted to let folks know in case someone wants to take a look at them. I was testing in singleplayer so I'm unable to 100% say if these errors represent any in-game issues that would come up while using this mod in a multiplayer scenario; nothing noticeable bugged out on my end except being unable to rename the additional horses I got with the Multiple Horses mod (don't know if that's related, about to uninstall this mod to check if it is).

I just copied over the specific .png files of the horses we wanted and that's it. Don't copy any folders, just copy the .png ones and select them ingame when right clicking the stable while standing in it.

For me the mod is working all fine and just the way it should. I don't understand where there should be any problems.
Especially when using this mod together with the horse overhaul you get the ultimate maximised modded and best customisable horses of all time.

A Little Suggestion for the future: I would like to see a version for the tractor mod too as there are several tractor skins out there on nexus. Could you make such a version?

Interact with the tractor garage and the horse interface will pop up. If you accidentally save your changes, you cannot get back the tractor look
Temporary solution was to disable the mod, or not use tractor mod on multiplayer.
