I installed Prismatic Tools before and then installed Radioactive Tools. The only problem is that the names of the tools still seem to be Prismatic...

You probably need to uninstall Prismatic Tools for this mod to work

Yes, I have uninstalled Prismatic Tools. . . I found that apart from the name problem, Prismatic can still be smelted, but the smelted out are Radioactive bars. I don't know if it is because two mods have been installed at the same time....

I have a somewhat similar issue, though probably not entirely related, in that all the radioactive tool names (with the exception of the sprinkler) only display the tool type and not the "radioactive" prefix, but they otherwise seem to be working as intended

Very good mod, it worked well for me. Tool upgrades are a bit expensive, but worth it ...

So I like this idea in theory however Prismatic Tools (aka basically 100% of what this mod is) has become practically useless. This is because all of the upgrades are basically possible at this point via enchanting or upgrades, increased radius for hoe/watering can, more powerful axe and pickaxe, and the pressure nozzle for sprinklers. I would be very interested to see this mod but with upgrades that make it compatible with 1.5 and work around the new upgrades, enchantments, etc.

True, this is after all 100% percent the original mod (even the graphics). The only differences are the names, the removal of the custom bar, the upgrade requirements and the range of the sprinkler. Regarding the power of the axe/pickaxe I dont think it has value to make them more powerful.

To be honest I found it strange to have new bars and ores in 1.5 but not tool upgrades for them. So I just wanted to make this possible and conveniently I found the Prismatic Tools mod which also contained unused graphics for them in the original version.

Neat. Nice to see continued development for prismatic tools, at least in concept.

Did you do the same thing with the sprinklers?

Great idea! I'm just curious on where those tools go in the progression line when using prismatic tools as well? Are they a equivalent upgrade or are they a next tier upgrade?

I haven't test this with Prismatic Tools installed. I just forked the original mod and changed the name and the pngs of the upgrades plus removed the custom bar needed for the original upgrades so it now uses the new 1.5 radioactive bar. So in essence, its like using the original mod but with different names/icons and different materials/price for upgrades.

The tools also have the same stats as the original prismatic tools

Interesting ! I would love seeing a future version that's a upgrade above prismatic, that could be really cool :D
