This is caused by the text in the manifest.json not being updated (as far as I know). It's a harmless issue but annoying.
I believe what you need to do to remove the constant update warnings is to change the following in it: "Version": "1.5.4", You want to change the 1.5.4 to match the latest mod version (1.21.0).
Please note that while I have done this for many mods before where this aspect was forgotten, I haven't actually unlocked ostriches yet so I can't do a 100% thorough test.
This is absolutely PRECIOUS! I am in disbelief that no one's made a chocobo reskin for the ostrich, but this is an acceptable workaround until...hopefully someone makes the good fluffy yellow bois
