Gus's personality is reflected in his portrait. You just steal his identity and transfer him to a completely empty shell. Moreover, she speaks of herself in the masculine gender.
That sounds like a you problem, I don't have any problem with the portraits or the way they speak of themselves. I uploaded the mod because there aren't many Gus mods.
also like. just cause this person has big boobs doesn't mean they have to use she/her? there's nothing wrong with not having pronoun changes in this mod, nobody ever said gus's gender is changed, just his appearance.
I've got a big chest and I present pretty femininely, but I'm still a dude who uses he/him. It's not unlikely. Anyway it doesn't matter, you don't have to download the mod. If you don't like it just move on, clearly it wasn't meant for you.
that's awesome and all, but they can still comment whatever they like, if they want to make what they finds to be a critique, they can. I don't see it as a problem, neither do other people, but if they sees it as something he doesn't like, they are allowed to express that and see if it gets changed, or nothing happens. tell;ing them to just not install, without them talking about something they noticed and didn't like is kind of moronic

This is great! As a non-binary person, I appreciate a pretty he/him person. As a player of games and lover of pixel art, I also just love the design! Only way it could be better is if you added rotating outfits!
If you're interested in that, maybe you can team up with the Diverse Stardew Valley team? I think this Gus would fit in really well with that project!
loving this mod!!! i was always like ehhh over gus' appearance (hes cute but his sprite's head is HUGE) so this is a nice option! thank you for making this!
You're most welcome! I also was not enjoying Gus as much because of his vanilla design, and I am very comfortable with feminine appearances! I also have been theorizing a handsome Gus mod but I'm not sure the world is ready for it.
Personally, I like the fact there's no pronoun changes in the dialogue. I also look very feminine, but use he/him and I'm not a woman. So it's nice to be able to have that represented in something I love! <3
