Im confused on something. Whenever I tried adding this mod and a small list of other mods Content Patcher] Some content packs haven't been updated for Stardew Valley 1.6.0. Content Patcher will try to auto-migrate them, but compatibility isn't guaranteed.Affected content packs:- (CP) Custom Menu Background- (CP) Nano's Garden Style Craftables- (CP) Seasonal Grass Path Foliage Redone- (CP)Tanga Europe buildings- Better Artisan Goods- Chic Cute Kitchen- Cuter Coops and Better Barns- Darling Skintones- Elegant Tools- Elegant Town Interior- Elle's Town Buildings- Hot Spring Farmcave- Minakie's Real Life Horses- Oasis Greenhouse- Rustic Country Walls and Floors- Seasonal Fences It did the same when I was using these fences and everything is updated so I dont know what im doing wrong.
Hey, i really love the brown version of this fence. Wonderig if the gate can also use Ali's Lattice gate that would be perfer:) Cause in my game it looks like the original gate with brown color. Or maybe just me having this problem.
I wouldn't know, I don't use that mod, but this mod is purely cosmetic so it shouldn't affect anything other than other cosmetic fence mods. So you need to check if your mod changes the look of fences.
Hey, maybe this is an issue with the config or maybe it's something else. Idk. I have my config setup like this: { "GateColor": "Brown", "HardwoodFence": "Brown" }I noticed your description says gate colour and wood fence colour are the same. So the issue, both of my fences are brown and the hardwood fences render both a lattice fence and a normal hardwood fence. I presume the second issue is because I have Starblue Valley installed. I'm sure the first issue is simply because of an inconsistency between the mod page description and how it functions? I mean, the mod page states gate colour is determined by wood fence colour, but there's two options here and neither is for the wood fence.
If you set GateColor as brown, your gate and wood fence should be brown. It's because there only exists one gate and it's that gate in the wood fence file that affects it. So to get the white gate your wood fence will always be white and to get the brown gate your wood fence will always be brown. Am I understanding the issue right?
As for the Starblue issue, I assume it edits the same file in a different way and thhns why there is no conflict somehow. You'll have to edit and delete the Starblue fence files for it not to render both.
Ooooh! I love Ali's lattice fences. I had to patch it into an edited CP fence mod before so I could use it. Glad you made a darker version, too. Will try this out soon. Thank you!
