You'll have to activate each sprinkler manually for the ground to be watered and the ''dry tilled dirt' to be transformed into 'watered tilled dirt'. I checked it and this works for me. The plants are watered and continue to grow the next day. I'm on pc on the latest game and mods updates fyi.
Also this mod does work for the greenhouse. Though I'm using the Monstrous Greenhouse if that makes a difference or not.

No idea if it's implemented yet however or if it'll be held until the next content update.
Can this mod make crops disappear like "invisible crows that ignore scarecrows" were a thing? My crops keep disappearing only on the main beach farm, but not in the Ginger Island farm. They are not dead, they just randomly disappear and I do not know what is causing it..
It was what I did, it worked. Howeeeeever.. my crops keep disappearing as if there were invisible crows eating them right next to my scarecrows. I do not know if this is a problem with this mod, but on the Ginger Island farm that does not happen. I think it is _maybe_ related to this mod? Anyways, short answer is that it works
