    Are there plans to update for Stardew 1.6? I love this mod! I first played Stardew on mobile and this mod makes the PC experience so much better. <3

    Is there a way to get the ability to move while attacking, without having the auto attacking?

      Sorry, can you further explain what you mean? You can move around while still attacking as long as an enemy in range

      Yeah but i'm not fund of the auto attacking, i prefer to do it manually, but i don't like the fact that you're basically static while attacking in Stardew. It seems like this mod makes it possible to move around while attacking. Is it possible to have the ability to move around while attacking manually?

      i would love this to, perhaps an alternative download. or a config change so auto swing is off but can still move in diferent directions while i manualy swing

    As a mobile player who definitely uses the tap-to-move & auto-attack option, I've grown used to the unconventional side effects that this mod may cause for PC players, such as swinging at duggies but not being able to attack them. So for anyone who has questions that DON'T require X3n0n182's attention, I'll do my best to provide answers as soon as possible if it's any help.

    Had to reboot game first time I ran it. Got stuck in mole hole swinging over and over and it showed I should be dead but it kept me there just swinging over and over.

      Can you clarify what you mean

      If you mean you start swinging when the monster is outside the weapon's range that's intentional so you'd be a bit more prepared per-se

    Seemed like a good mod, but this mod will get you killed. Often. Repeatedly. The inability for it to target anything when there are multiple targets, or even one target on a diagonal, means that you'll get bodied while swinging randomly. 

    What this should be is equivalent to an autoclicker, or a full change that makes all weapons swing in 360 degrees. It's neither, and thus more deadly than the enemies are.

      I don't know about being killed repeatedly. This made monster hunting 0 brain (get a coffee while WASDing in the mine to clear enemies) although I did have to be careful with ensuring monsters are at their distance in the Crimson Badlands in SVE as the monster spam there is ridiculous. Especially the serpent spam. In base game if you're properly prepped with snacks and such you should at least have a really LOW chance of dying with this mod

      And the inability to target diagonal is why I'd recommend to use swords or clubs instead for that aoe, daggers are more likely to get you dead this or not. Right now you just have to work to ensure you're aligned properly. It is auto aim attack mod with after all not 360 kill all enemies within radius (your suggestion) although this mod is getting close to that. But will definitely add a manual option at some point with hold down M1

    The automatic aim is bad. It has an issue where when I'm trying to hit enemies directly to my right, it will aim upwards instead. It's done this with other positions too, but that's the most frequent one I've noticed.

    It also has this bad habit of redirecting aim towards enemies that are farther away, instead of something that's literally hitting me...

      Yeah I have yet to make it more robust as it won't detect enemies that are in your tile position at all and aim for others instead (fixing this is on my radar), it will change attack direction depending on which monster is closest as well which is the probable cause of that problem.

      Could be better if CA allows you to aim melee attacks at corners as well but rip, best thing is to keep moving to remedy this while monsters are within range. Don't let em get on ya

    I dunno why but it doesn't work for me...

    Edit: It has a whole lot of errors and I can't show them here. After a while my game crashed...

      What platform? I definitely should have mentioned that it's for PC mainly

      EDIT: If PC I updated it and it SHOULDN't happen anymore

      Alright. I tried it out and unfortunately the mod doesn't work but you're right, the errors are gone.

      I tried out to manually put auto-attack into the mods folder and via vortex install. Both don't work...And of course I have a sword in my hand if you wanna ask xD

      Doesn't work? You ran around in the mines and stuff with said sword equipped? :o

      Do you have custom weapons or other mods that alter combat? Cos it's been working for me as intended

      I also should mention that standing still is also inconsistent and you might not swing the weapon constantly, moving with the melee weapon equipped will yield the best result and get the mod to proc consistently. I'm also still a fresh modder lol

      Hmm, my mod isn't mentioned in that list, you sure you put it in that folder with the rest of them? Please do test it once more and make sure you have latest version 1.1.1 and use a club, dagger or sword. I don't see any mod on that list that might interfere with it as well...

      xD I didn't mentioned Auto Attack in the mod list, because I thought it's obvious I installed it.
      I tried it again, no errors but it didn't do anything... I walked while I was equipped with a sword and no animation or something else.

      And you did the testing while you were near monsters? Cos it only procs when a monster is within four tiles and with a melee weapon equipped. I don't really see what's wrong here...

      I know...
      I read the instruction carefully and did so aswell. :/ Maybe it's my sword? I found my sword in a chest while fishing. Anyway... It's unfortunate but okay ^^ Thank you for your effort and great job!

      Edit: WTH... I deleted the auto attack files and wanted to try out the fist release of your mod. So I installed the 1.0.0 version and now it works?! That's so strange..... xD

      What sword were you using? I might just figure out why it's happening

      Also careful of 1.0.0, it has a mentioned bug in v1.1.0 description that'll cause you to restart the day

      The sword I use is the rapier.

      And I tested the Beta now and it works fine :D No errors and it auto attacks Monsters xD

      Ohhh a rapier, aren't those supposed to be unobtainable. hmmmm

      But the new version should now find em all no matter, glad its working

      I dunno if it's unobtainable... I found it fair and square without cheats... I tried it out with the beginners sword and it wasn't working as well.
      Well, doesn't matter anymore :3 thank you for everything and a really nice and handy mod ^^ great job

    it works! I have been hoping someone would make a mod like this! This game has broken my right-click mouse button twice! :P

    If it auto attacks in the wrong area it could cause an issue if someone doesn't want to attack yet. An issue with the fast-swing swords is mainly you have to keep smashing the action button to swing...if you don't mind me suggesting being able to hold down the action button to "Auto-Attack" kind of like when your chopping a tree and don't have to keep hitting the action button..

      Hmm I might add that hold-down thing for when you're standing still because rn when you stand still the mod often doesn't make you swing your weapon in the next version. So standing still actually does something :)

      Won't take too long to add at all
