Replace one of the vanilla dogs  (you can choose which one you want to replace in the config file) with a dachshund dod. 

Come in two colors: black and red:

- As requested, I added the dachshund avatar in the character creation menu when the players must chose a pet. This feature might conflict with other mods adding the same possibility. The pets added by both mods will be availible in game but they might not all be visible in the character creation menu.

              HOW TO INSALL

1. Install the latest version of SMAPI.
2. Install the latest version of Content Patcher.
3. Download the mod and extract the file into your \Stardew Valley\Mods
4. Run the game through SMAPI to generate a config.json, then close.
5. Open the config.json with a program like Notepad and make the changes you want (see below for more details).
6. Run the game using SMAPI to play with your new dog. Enjoy !



           CONFIG OPTIONS

Open the file config.json in the Dachshund folder after you launched the game at least once.
You should find two fields: "version" and "color".

 - "version" is for the vanilla dog you want to replace. There is three dogs in the base game called "dog", "dog1" and "dog2"

   choose the dog you want to replace. By default, the dog replaced is "dog".

- "color" is for the color of the dachsund you want. Choose "black" or "red". By default the color is "black.
