1.6 compatible version is now uploaded on Nexus. Now you only need CP to load Eugene in game.
Someday there can be minor updates such as new portraits, but I'm not sure when it will gonna be ;)
+) Also some people asked me where Eugene is during Flower Dance Festival. You can find him on the top-right side of the cliff (near Marlon and Marnie) where you cannot reach without MOD such as Noclip. His location is what I intended so it isn't error. If you manage to reach him there you'll know why he is standing up there alone and can ask him for a dance.

Now Eugene mod only requires CP mod to work.
There are Korean version only for now. I have plans to modify the files to i18n format(which enables to translate easier) but I cannot tell you when it'll gonna be.
henlo ;w; im having issues with his dialoguing popping up, its just a bunch of lines so idk if its because custom npc fixes is still not updated but yeah any help is appreciated! really wanna meet this pretty boy
