I'm sorry, but there isn't. The mod simply updates the player graphics, which are the same for all players. Also, this mod is client-side only, which means that your friends would have to use the mod as well to see player raccoons. In which case they will also become ones.
It says it requires Get Glam. Then you add the folder of the species you want to your Mods folder, like any other mod. Finally, you want to access the wardrobe that you'll find in your house once in-game. It will display a character creator window with some additional options. The top-most setting in the window allows to you switch between all the races that you added.
It might be possible, but I won't do it. At least not in the foreseeable future. I didn't even do most of this sprite, just edited a few pixels here and there and made it compatible with Stardew Valley 1.4.
The tail is part of the hair and hair has no animations in the game. Maybe by using Content Patcher Animations, but it would just animate the tail non-stop, independent from player movement. https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/3853
Potentially if the tail were part of the actual farmer sprite, it could be animated. But clothes will be rendered on top, you would have to run around nude. Though I guess making pants sprites invisible on your back could work. Even then, the tail in side view already hits the edge of the frame area. It can not flutter when running or digging for example. On top of that, many frames are shared across multiple animations. Making the tail look good in each of those would be damn tricky.

Sadly, I don't have any plans on doing the others at the moment.
