for anyone having problems, i reccomend getting the character customization anywhere mod that features changing your pet at any time, then your pusheen should be there after pressing the > button and then you choose the pusheen and go to sleep/save game and once you wakeup your pet should be a pusheen
i checked the first time and the files were there, i checked again a year after and extracted it, files were there. i really don't know what to tell you guys and any future people who have this problem since i can't reproduce it to figure it out myself.
