You need Portraiture, a mod that enables the use of HQ portraits. For installation instructions, please check the description page of the Portraiture mod.
This might be super late, but I do use Portraiture for Figg's secondary portrait, but it never works </3 Could I get a detailed explanation as to why, or maybe some screenshots? Ty <3

This Is The Heart Events For Figg:
2 hearts: Figg likes 2 heart, 9:00-11:00 in the morning, clinic trigger, except Thursday can trigger.
4 hearts: Figg likes 4 heart, 8:00-12:00 am, clinic trigger, Thursday trigger.
6 hearts: Figg likes 6 hearts, Shane 4 hearts, 1:00-4:00p.m., Manni ranch trigger, Tuesday trigger.
8 hearts: Figg likes 8 heart, 5:00-9:00 p.m., railway trigger, Friday trigger.
10 hearts: Figg likes 10 hearts, 1:00-4:00 PM, museum trigger, Monday, Sunday trigger.
14 hearts: Figg likes 14 heart, 9:00-12:00 p.m., railway trigger.

I figured it out
APPARENTLY, you have to name your folder in the Portraiture mod 'figg' NOT 'Figg'
same as the image, just a lowercase f
Love: Pearl, Rainbow Shell, Honey, Crystal Fruit
Like: Rabbit's Foot, Golden Pumpkin, Prismatic Shard(?), Energy Tonic, Snow Yam, Juice, Coral, Roots Platter, Ice Cream, Blueberry, Life Elixir, Obsidian, Strawberry, Treasure Chest, Coffee, Fiddlehead Fern, Purple Mushroom
There's probably more but I'm unsure of what their IDs are ^^;
