Adds config option to Starblue Valley so you can use other Content Patcher trees.

Starblue Valley is a fantastic visual overhaul of the game. I also really like Magica Trees. Unfortunately, Starblue Valley doesn't have a config option to use other trees. So I added one.
Installation:
Replace content.json in Starblue Valley folder.
And that's it. Now you can use "none" as a config option for the trees and install any content patcher tree replacement your heart desires.
