Disclaimer: There's nothing particularly spooky about these portraits, it's only my pseudonym :)
This is the proper start of my portrait mod! For now, only the bachelorettes have new portraits so far, but I would like to try and at least do the rest of the datable characters. The inner completionist in me wants to do the entire cast, but I’m going to break it up into smaller, more manageable updates for my sake.
I made a couple tweaks to some of the girls’ designs out of personal preference. Abigail is the only one that’s currently configurable. she has long and short haired versions of her sprites, with long hair being the default. (I couldn’t pick which one I liked more!)
For the few with notable changes (Abigail, Maru and Penny) I went ahead and edited their spritesheets to match my portraits better. This again is configurable, so if you just want the base game sprites but still wish to use my portraits, you can turn off matching sprites in the config file.
