This is a version of my long haired Penny mod except with penny having blonde hair and a pink top (yellow top and blonde hair don't mix well). It changes Penny's portrait and sprite to have long blonde hair and a pink top.

This mod is pretty straightforward. Just have content patcher installed and put this in your mod folder and you should be good. I am not sure how to do update keys which is why it doesn't have an update key sorry!!
