"PlayerGetsPregnant" When true, the player will get pregnant in the marriage. "Male" players can select this setting to see the birth events with the bachelors.
"BabyorBaby_dark" "Baby" (the default) uses the white baby sprite in birth events. "Baby_dark" uses the brown baby sprite in birth events.
"AdoptionEvents" "On" means that the adoption events will trigger instead of the birth events. "Off" means that birth events will trigger instead of adoption events. NOTE: I have only written events for the first baby. There are only two events so far; I will write more ASAP!
If the birth or adoption events do not trigger, please do the following: 1. Check that your "PlayerGetsPregnant" value is appropriate for your character and their spouse. (Note: there are no new events for same-sex couples at this time.) 2. Ensure that the time constraints and locations are correct for the event to trigger. For pregnancy events, you must enter the farmhouse between 6:10 AM and 2:00 AM. Birth events should trigger at 6:00 AM in the farmhouse. 3. If you've done all of the above and the events still do not trigger, please DM me or leave a comment here with the following information: -- Your spouse's name -- Your farmer's gender -- Your SMAPI log (parsed through SMAPI's log parser)
Hi, I've noticed that the mod is incompatible with PolyamorySweet. I would like to ask if there will be an issue if I have the mod but technically not using it? I mean it's one of the requirements of the mod I used, but I'm not planning to do multiple wives in my game
Hey when you say it does not work with Polyamorous it means that the game will break or just dosent work properly and I still can play with the 2 mods together?
I just had my second child in my game, and during the event, Harvey said : "(no translation:Birth_Dialogue_12)". I guess might be a little glitch Thanks a lot for this mod, i'm so happy about it !
For some context I added the modded after having already had a child prior to getting the mod.
So after my first child aged up to using a bed, suddenly my spouse mentioned there being a baby on the way with no sequence about having a child, then leading up to the child being born kept saying that my character was the one pregnant, but on the night of the baby's birth the game said the spouse was the one to give birth to the baby? Is there any way for me to keep who is "pregnant" consistent and any thoughts on how to fix the choosing to have a baby sequence not happening?
Edit: I completely missed the pinned post, I'll that first and update afterwards
I downloaded the mod days in game before, when I had the 2nd chance to have a child, the cinematic didn't play, and now that I have it, the 2nd cinematic doesn't play either. I don't know if it's a bug or I just had bad luck, maybe it will come out after a few days pass, but I don't know.
Edit: I forgot to mention it, I'm with Emily, I don't know if it affects anything :P
Hi! So it doesn't work for PolyamorySweet but does it maybe work for Multiple Spouses/Free Love? Perhaps a stupid question but I can't pick between the mods. 😮💨
Hi! As far as I'm currently aware, this mod doesn't work for any mods that involve multiple spouses—you'll see every single event for every spouse you're married to. I'm working on a solution, but I'm not sure when that will be ready to publish.
