There's a minor issue where the "version 1.6 compatible" tag isn't visible when I press "view more," but it appears when I press the "tag this mod" button, confirming that the tags are confirmed by the author.
It's already updated. Make sure you have Waterproof Items v1.0.1 and SMAPI v4.0.0. If you still have issues, please upload your log file to https://smapi.io/log and share the link here.
This is one of those mods I install, then immediately forget about because a) it just works, and b) it feels like a natural part of the game, like how it should have been (especially with Enhanced Loot Magnet). So as soon as I remembered, I came back to thank you. Which turned out to be a win-win because now I've discovered all your other great mods I'll be getting :)
Well, I have been using this mod and mining in the volcano fairly recklessly for a few days, and I have not lost a single thing to the lava since then (compared to plenty before). So maybe it already works. :3 I'll be sure to leave a note here if that changes, but so far it's looking good.
I shall continue to mine recklessly, then, and let you know in case something weird happens. But I just did another volcano run, mined several things right next to the lava and lost nothing. :D
