    So excited to play on this farm but I have a glaring question - am I able to remove the quarry altogether? I'm trying to make each impact site fields of flowers but I can't seem to till and place tiles on some spots in the quarry that I need to and my OCD is strong, lol. It's the spots in the dark dirt that look like they have rocks on them? And I can't move those rock tiles or destroy them with any tools so I'm out of ideas, unfortunately.

      hmmm, that probably means that they need to be tagged with diggable to be able to be dug up. (the dirt w rocks)
      You might be able to finegal it with a save editor, either that or the map would have to be edited, either by you or me (i am currently lacking on mod work juice atm unfortunately)

      and if you want to remove the quarry (Which is technically the mechanic spawning rocks every day.)... I dont think that can be done currently with how its set up? not until I update it from pytk.tmxl to CP and FTM.

      Gotcha, I really have no knowledge of modding outside of downloading and installing them lol so I'll just leave it as is for now. Still having a lot of fun playing on it though! I love the idea of a crater farm because of the lore behind Stardew Valley :) thanks for responding so quick!

    I like your farm, seems nice.
    Can you please help me. I missed out on meteorites twice in two years, due to excessive grass growth. Is there a way to edit night events? You mentioned your farm has 5% meteor chance per night. Thank you.

      The added meteor spawns technically don't function through a night event, but you CAN adjust the rates.
      If you go into the mod files, into the FTM folder, then open up the content.json (with a basic text editor like notepad), Scroll down until you see Something Called Large_Object_Spawn_Settings, which is about 70 lines down or so. below that, about 10 lines down, you will see this
              "MinimumSpawnsPerDay": -19,
              "MaximumSpawnsPerDay": 1,

      Each negative for minimum away from zero means it wont happen, so -19 to 1 is about 19 failures to 1 success aka the 5%.
      If you wanted something more like 20% then -4 would result in that as 4 failures 1 success. 
      If you wanted it spawn 5, then just set both to 5.
      (Note these are not guaranteed, it will check a 2x2 grid and if its clear then it will spawn a meteor there, if it fails, it ends that attempt.)

    I was wondering, how come they are some places I can't place tea bushes? This is my farm? and the places I've put lightning rods were places I wasn't allowed to put tea bushes, but I'm not sure why I could put lightning rods if it was just a tile where I'm not supposed to put things

      Sorry For the late response, I was kinda on a modding break.

      I checked those tiles and there isnt anything there that mapside that should be causing that effect. It might be some kind of weird mod incompatability, or maybe something hardcoded somewhere? Its hard to say what the cause is. But I can tell you its not the map, so I cant fix it unfortunately.

    Hi, I just downloaded your regular meteor farm but there seems to be an issue. Unless I f'd something up it downloaded as monster crops instead. Just thought I would let you know. =)

      Thank you so so much for letting me know, Its something I never would have noticed on my own. Fixed.

      (I store all my mods in the same folder for backups/Mass updating, Monster crops was right next to it so i musta just grabbed the wrong folder when doing my updates.

    Update alert from the mod update menu is linked to a different farm mod. For anyone who is annoyed by this, go to the manifest.json file under [TMX] Meteor Farm and change the line ""UpdateKeys": [ "Nexus:6348" ]," to ""UpdateKeys": [ "Nexus:6384" ]," in this file and save

    I don't know what you changed but I thought since it was updated I'd try it with 1.5, only Smapi doesn't like something you're doing with the tilesheets.

      Okay, Sorry bout that pretty sure I know what the problem is based on the log, I'll get it fixed today. It's something from me updating them to run properly with Mac.

      I updated all my mods at the same time, hopefully i didnt do this to all of them, gonna have to check the others too when i get the time

    I would love if you could make a version that replaces a different farm, maybe the hilltop farm?

    Is there anyway to add this farm layout without replacing the standard farm?

      Kind of? I can replace any of the base farm types (It just requires a bit of tweaking of a bunch of references in the files) But i cannot "add" an extra farm type (Without MTN, which has some issues itself atm, at least in my experience)

      So let me know which map you would like me to make it a replacement for and I can do so.
      However the farm might gain additional properties based on which one you ask me to swap it to, and might have some complications. like fishing would have the fish pool changed, forest would have the mixed seeds weeds, and ?Might? have some respawnable stumps [I don't know how its coded]? hilltop i think checks for specific tiles, so it should work fine if i convert it over to that. and wilderness would have monster spawns on it as wilderness does.

      Let me know and i should be able to make a replacement for a different version, relatively quickly.

    Good mod for people who want to farm OR have animals, but also loves berries & wants to bring the mine closer to home.
