Hullo, for the Cornucopia SVE bundles (and probably Cornucopia bundles), a few changes were made to Cornucopia: - Vanilla from the Spring Crops bundle is now locked behind the Island trader. (I've already completed this bundle myself and have the Willy Heart Events mod, which lets me access the island by befriending Willy instead of needing to complete the Community Centre.) - Orchids from the Garden bundle are now a Year 3 unlock from Pierre. - Kiwifruit is now only available from the Luau (100g per packet) or Island Trader. - Watermelon is now only available from the Luau or Pierre in Year 2+. - Hopefully you know that Lotus is only available from Sandy...
Thought this would be helpful for you guys to adjust the requirements as necessary. I think the Cornucopia team have a lot of features planned, since I heard they want to implement quests to unlock a bunch of their crops rather than waiting for it to get unlocked every year. This might impact how you approach your requirements in the future as well.
Still, thank you so much for this amazing mod! Great job, this really has been a fun challenge that I'm only just nearing completion by mid-Y3! Catching Grass Carps and rushing to get all the crops for my different Spring and Summer bundles has been very difficult, but it feels rewarding to actually finish it once I do~
so I checked some of your information, first of all thank you for making me aware and we will change the following:
* We will reduce the amount of Kiwis needed (as they can be purchased at the luau) * We don't use Orchids * We don't use Watermelons in our Challenging Bundles (only in the Custom ones and then only in the missing bundles) * Lotus can only be bought at Sandy's store, that's right and I will change this
I will also change one of the needed fruits in the next update, but everything else seems to be not an issue.
Hi there! Thought I'd jump in, since I also have a problem with the Vanilla in the spring crops bundle. From what I understood, the sappling/seed can only be bought on Ginger Island, but to get to Ginger Island, you'd first need to complete the CC (and thus the Spring Crops Bundle). Am I missing something here or is it impossible to submit Vanilla in this case?
I’m experiencing the same issue. I am unable to complete the Spring crops bundle since the Vanilla starter is locked behind the island trader and I can’t get to Ginger Island without completing the community center :/
Hello, I have some feedback on one of the rewards from the all in one Bundle. Specifically the one that includes Ridgeside. The reward for 15,000 gold being the 'Golden Key Blade' is incredibly OP, it completely invalidates combat and also is an odd reward considering at this point the best weapon you have access to is the Dark Sword from the Mines and one of the biggest combat upgrades you get in the Desert is the Galaxy Sword, which does less than half the damage of this 'Golden Key Blade'. Any other reward would be better, something more inline with the other rewards from this bundle. Example, the other three rewards are, Upright Piano, Aged Blue Moon Wine, and Navy Tuxedo. I don't think the strongest weapon in the game fits here.
yes, this reward will be changed with the next update. We wanted to reward something from RSV, but all weapons introduced by the mod are quite powerful. We found something better and we are working on updating the bundles.
Feedback: IT TOOK ME 3 YEARS to complete de Community Center with SVE+RSV and Cornucopia installed lmao, gosh, this mod is hard for sure! Great experience, made me explore so much locations and farming in order to complete the bundles. It is easy to miss certain itens and have to wait for another year to obtain it in the right conditions, this apply for fish, foraging and farming itens.
The most difficult bundles for me are the Aquarium and Geologist's bundle. Aquarium because it requires so much gold quality fishes (10 or 15 units), some of these with low catch rate or even locations locked by quest. I'm not complaining, I liked this challange. And the Geology one, I must say, a bundle requesting 2 artifacts (celestine and mudstone) within 3x units each was a real pain, and I had to cheat a little bit and buy a animal with id in brackets ihihihihi.
Well, CC complete. Only missing bundle to focus now.
Hi, thanks for the mod. Is there a way to remove quality requirements for some of the bundles? For example, when using the SVE + Cornucopia bundle and fishing, I frequently catch iridium quality fish and would like to be able to contribute those to bundles as well.
I've tried to patch this up manually, but am hitting a snag. Here is the spring foraging bundle from content.json, where I can contribute mixed qualities to complete any part of the bundle.
As best I can tell, all of the 2's in the river fish bundle are what are governing the gold quality requirement, but if I change those all to be 0 instead, then I seem to only be able to contribute no-star quality fish (rather than fish of any quality). So I assume there's some other bit that's governing whether any quality can be contributed.
More generally, is there documentation on the full format of a bundle? I've looked at the github repo and haven't found anything. The three components governing each item in the bundle, i.e. 'ID count quality' is clear, the first part of the bundle seems pretty clear containing the name of the bundle and the reward for completing the bundle. The last group of numbers I think is mostly clear as well (e.g. 6/8/6 at the end of the River Fishing bundle). As best I can tell the second number in that last group is the number of components in the bundle required to complete the bundle as a whole, and the third number is some absolute ordering of all bundles, but I'm not sure what the first number is (even as I don't see a way it could be governing the thing I care most about, which is not having quality matter).
normally the only thing needed is to set the quality part of the bundle to 0. Not sure why it won't accept any other fish, did you change it for all fish? There's is currently no official documentation from us (this might change at a later time), but there's the modding documentation, found here: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Bundles As we use the same format, we didn't provide our own documentation.
Does this mod also work if you already started a save game, or a way to reset the community Center for this mod to work?
I am on a savegame that's already like 15 days in... I wouldn't really want to reset ALL progress, but I am fine with just resetting the community Center to add this mod.
Check the FAQ, but you should be able to use this mod with an already started game. If you want to reset the bundles, there's a smapi command you can use to reset any bundles you completed prior to downloading the mod
I will think about it and thanks for offering but this is not about money :) It's more an issue with convenience and support. As this would change the savegame of a player, I also need to make sure that there is a method to reverse the changes, so that it is possible to deinstall the mod again.
It might be something that is too niche, but is there a chance that More New Fish and/or Unique Fish Additions could be added to the bundles? In any case, this is a great mod and I love it
Hello! I would like to start by saying I love the mod. My only suggestion is to ensure that items that are locked behind y2 and 3 can be obtained from the traveling merchant. Chrysanthemum is a year 3 crop and I got for the dye bundle, so I assume I will only be ale to complete on year 3 (ouch). I have checked the traveling merchant every day for 5 seasons, and no seed or flower has appeared. Thank you so much for an amazing mod! I hope to see it update and thrive in the future.
based on the data in the Cornucopia Mod Chrysanthemum is a year 2 crop, maybe that changed in the last updates, but that was how we decided to use this flower. We changed the bundles to not use any year 3 crops or flowers. And I can not add them to the traveling merchant as I'm not responsible for Cornucopia :)
You're right! Im so sorry I misread. Digus updated his mod so now these crops will show at the cart as well. Thank you so much for this mod!! Im really liking it.
Thanks for developing a great mod! I love it but wondering if I'm missing something re quality. If a bundle requires 20 potatoes say, do I need a stack of 20 standard potatoes or 20 silver potatoes or 20 gold potatoes? If I have a mixture of qualities (i.e. 10 standard, 5 gold, 5 silver) I can't work out how to add them to the space in the community centre? Grateful for any help as it's making it way too challenging to have to get 20 of the same quality item. Thanks
You can enter multiple qualities as long as they qualify (like silver stars don't work on gold star tiered bundles but do work for reg tier) and as long as you have in your inv at the time you start putting it in 20 valid tier items the game by vanilla code will go into a okay now give me the rest of them before you can leave here mode to let you add the other parts of the stack.

you should be able to just update without any issue on an existing savegame

no, there isn't a way as we wanted to keep to the vanilla way of presenting bundles.

this will change with the next update :)
please provide a SMAPI Log, otherwise I can't check what's wrong.
It says im missing Cornucopia More Crops which i have installed
did you install FauxCore?
Custom Bush 1.2.0 because it requires mods which aren't installed (furyx639.FauxCore).
This is needed for More Crops and More Flowers.
