Pollen Sprites adds a new type of non-hostile monster. They appear on windy days, float around players harmlessly, and sometimes drop random seeds when defeated.

Pollen Sprites adds a new type of non-hostile monster. They appear on windy days, float around players harmlessly, and sometimes drop random seeds when defeated. You'll find them around the farm and various parts of the wilderness. You can also enable options to give yourself "allergy" effects or change which seeds they drop.
Created for the Spring 2020 event on the Stardew Valley Discord server.
Installation
Options
Pollen Sprites have some optional "allergy" effects and customizable seed drop chances. To edit these options:
This mod also supports Generic Mod Config Menu (GMCM). Users with that mod will be able to change config.json settings from Stardew's main menu.
For specific information about each option, highlight them in GMCM or refer to the GitHub readme.
Customization
The number of pollen sprites spawned, their locations, and other settings can be changed by editing the Stardew Valley\Mods\PollenSprites\[FTM] PollenSprites\content.json file.
Farm Type Manager also includes a visual editor for this file. To use it:

Installation
- Install the latest version of SMAPI.
- Install the latest version of Content Patcher.
- Install the latest version of Farm Type Manager.
- Download Pollen Sprites from the Files tab above, the GitHub Releases page, or ModDrop.
- Unzip Pollen Sprites into your Stardew Valley\Mods folder.
Options

- Run the game using SMAPI. This will generate the mod's config.json file in the Stardew Valley\Mods\PollenSprites\PollenSprites folder.
- Exit the game and open the config.json file with any text editing program.

- Click the "Monsters" tab.
- Edit any of the available settings.
- Click the "Save" button and overwrite the Stardew Valley\Mods\PollenSprites\[FTM] PollenSprites\content.json file.
