since the 1.5 update my hunger does not decrease outside of the house and it doesn't replenish when i am inside the house either. I play my game with time speed set at 12 and tried to mess with the config but nothing seems to be working. In 1.4.5 i didnt have to adjust the config for this mod and it worked perfectly.
There is a bug with energy regen and window not being active? If I alt+tab to something while I wait in the house, time passes, but regen is stopped unless window is active. How can fix this?
Funny actually is that if you enable steam overlay, then in-game is paused, but the energy still regens, so it's opposite of what happens when the window is not active haha
Is it possible to use this mod without the mail/penpal? I've looked at the other hunger mods and I think this one is likely the safest to use. But I'm really not interested in the mail. Thanks in advance for clarification. :)
I've been looking up different hunger mods since I don't like the one I have currently, and this is the best one so far (besides the hunger AND thirst mod that hasn't updated in 2 years :'( ) But I was wondering, do I need to start a new playthrough for this mod to work properly, or is it ok?
Nope you should be good to install this mod at any time. However you may miss out on the few bits of custom mail I added to the game since most are sent to you in the first month to help balance out the lack of food options early on.
