Paul the Optometrist is required for this portrait to work, download here:

Drag the folder into your mods folder, AFTER downloading Paul the Optometrist. It will say would you like to replace these files, click yes.
Always backup your game, to make sure you don't break it.
There should be no bugs as this is only replacing a portrait.
