There have been a lot of bug reports about the "auto-trash junk" feature right now. I suggest disabling this feature for now. Meanwhile, I'll try to find a solution for this and release a new update as soon as possible.

By right-clicking on the trash can in the inventory where the item is not selected, the retrieved item is no longer trashed via auto-trash again. However, we used to be able to sit on a bench or chair and fish (like at Willy's pier), but now every time I turn it on, my character hops up to fish. The last version where sitting and fishing works was 2.0.1. I'm not sure what changed between that and the next version you uploaded, but I keep going back to that old version, because I like to sit n fish (because I have sit n rest installed and I can leave my guy fishing while I go change out laundry in the real world or do another chore that needs doing).
Any chance to have sitting enabled again when fishing? Is there something in the current setup preferences that I'm missing?
To be honest, I'm not certain myself. In fact, I only learned from you that it's possible to sit and fish. Since I haven't played the new version yet, I'll look into this matter when I have the time.
hey, i really like this mod. only as a suggestion. Do you think you can eventually add an option to change the chance of getting treasure chests without being always/vanillia/never and like most mods? because id like for treasures to appear more often, but not always.

yes this! ive been looking for an auto fishing mod that does this and auto fishing 2.0 does it however it is a little buggy right now, i would definitely prefer to use this mod if only it had this option to freecast the slider just like in vanilla since i have a mod where if you hit "Max Cast" you are rewarded by not using any stamina

I faced a problem while catching treasure. While playing the mini-game manually (auto-catch was disabled for both fish and treasure), as soon as the treasure's bar was full, there was a fast repeating noise like the one which plays when you hit a boulder with a basic pickaxe, and the bar continues to fill past it's original size and then past the mini-game's area. Even if you catch the fish while the original bar is full, the treasure disappears. The first time it sorted itself after disabling the "Auto Loot Treasure" option in General section. The second time, I had to disable the "Instant Catch Treasure" option in Mini-Game section. I believe it is a combination of these two being on together which is causing the problem.
I currently do not have an SMAPI log and will try to update it later, if I face the issue again.

No problem. Take your time. I am going slow and trying to catch'em all manually for once and will keep both options off. So, no rush. BTW, Smart Cast is a super awesome feature. I have become way too dependent on it. Thanks a lot!
