You're gonna have to modify content.json so that it modifies the coordinates of the normal scarecrow in the game's asset file. Basically remake the mod.
Or, you can download a mod that changes normal scarecrow to have seasonal variants, and replace their asset files with mine? (For personal use only, presumably)
