No, It can't work together with " babies take after spouse" because the mod use in same field, by replace toddler/toddler_girl sprite, but this mod just have only normal skintone now, if you got darkskin tone toddler, you can use " babies take after spouse" to replace your toddler look. , - About child to npc , I didn't test it, but if you have toddler in your house , maybe it can work :)
