Hi! Can you change the mod ID from Pathoschild.test to something like Dash.DeliveryUpgradeTool? (Also the manifest accidentally says "Deliver" instead of "Delivery" in the name.)
Just for information PathosChild made an unofficial update to Tool upgrade Delivery Servive, which is available at http.//smapi.io/. So for those who still want the upgraded tool delivered to your mailbox, instead of directly to your inventory, can still do that.

Is this supposed to be an explanation/work-around for the trash can bug?
It kinda doesn't make sense that it's the language file breaking the logic.
