Get upgraded tool without going to Clint's house.

I write this mod because:
When the tool is upgraded, the user will receive the tool directly into his packet. And a mail will be put in the mailbox. The mail only contains text because I also don't know how to put the tool as an attachment in it.
Right now, there are only English and Chinese version. For other language users, if you find the trash can is directly added to your packet. Just add your language file into `i18n/` folder. If you have trouble doing so, please contact me. I'm glad to help you.
