I was able to force a fix for garage appearance to work.
Go into assets of the Tractor Mod, not this mod. Take out that png file for the vanilla garage (just move to desktop or wherever as a back-up). Go into Medieval Garage assets and copy whatever png you planned on using. For example, I use the "Vanilla 1 more" version of garage, so only copied those png files. Paste copied png assets into the Tractor Mod assets folder. Be sure is the actual png image files, not the folder containing them. So will be copying and pasting 4 images.
Finally, still be sure to select the corresponding Medieval Garage set-up in the configuration menu in the game. So I made sure to select Vanilla, 1 and More since those are the png files I wanted.
Hello, I gave it a try as you said, but I still could not fix the problem. If I add the .png file, the image will not show up. I see this 🚫 behind the tractor.
Here is another solution for those who still can't solve it.
Solution without stable version and " medieval stables mod".
1. Choose one type you want. ex)Vanilla 2. Choose the number. ex) [weather]_1_more 3. Copy and paste the png files to the original Tractor mod file. (Do not make a file and put it in. Just move the pngs only). 4. Remove the original "garage.png". 5. CHANGE the png name from "[weather]_1_more.png" to "[weather_garage]". ex)fall_garage.png
Overall, You have 4 (spring, summer, fall, winter ) garage png.
NO NEED to install this "Medieval stables mod" file. Just change the png file.
just for the funny comment, thx for past of me that my file was reseted as a mistake and i was reinstalling all the mods.I was struggling with this again and i fixed the problem with my own comment 😂😂😂
Hi, I installed both Medieval Buildings mod and this mod, but I noticed that it only changes the look of my stable. The garage stays the way it was. My SMAPI log shows: [SMAPI] Medieval_buildings 2.2.0 by Gweniaczek | for Content Patcher | Medieval buildings set inspired by Eemie and Flower Valley [SMAPI] Medieval_stables 2.0.0 by Gweniaczek | for Content Patcher | 4 stable designs matching Medieval buildings There are no errors show in SMAPI log.
So I noticed its only in winter that it takes an extra 5-10 seconds to load from leaving one building to another on my farm and the rest of the map (I uninstalled the mods for now because it was heavily bugging me) And I was wondering if there was a way to fix it?
I figured it out. Turns out WAY TO MUCH crap was happening on the day one of winter so I had to change/edit it a bit and everything is good now :D I even downloaded a bunch of other of your medieval ones and they are running fine so ty c:
https://smapi.io/log/d769dbfe6c0244459b3633067c3c3c5a I have both the Medieval Buildings mod and this Tractor mod installed. My stable config in Medieval Buildings is on "2" and "more." My garage config on this mod is on "2" and "more". They should look different accordingly, but both my stable and garage appears in the aesthetic of "3" and "more" of the stable from Medieval Buildings. Weird how neither configs applied and its now just united as the look of 3 from Medieval buildings. I can upload pics of the config preview but since its your mod you prob know all about the config options I'm talking about. Thanks in advance, gotta love your effort into these mods. Can't play without em.
I have half of the solution ->that stable issue is my mistake. When I restructured files in Medieval Buildings I switched option 2 and 3 but forgot to update the preview image. Sorry about that. I'll fix it in next update c: So choosing option 3 in config will apply option 2 from preview for now.
Now the garage problem... Medieval Buildings is not targeting the garage texture so it can't be overwriting it, but there was someone once SV 1.6 dropped that had their tractor+garage changed into horse+stable because of a bug. Could you send me a screenshot or take a closer look what's inside the garage? In my retextures stables have horse stuff like water/hay and garage has tractor stuff like old wheels/barrels.
If there's horse stuff inside -> there's an issue with Tractor mod itself. If there's tractor stuff inside -> send me your log with patch summary so that I can see more info about config and edits applied.
To make the patch summary you load your save as usual, step outside the house ( to ensure the garage texture is fully loaded ) and write: patch summary in the smapi window ( the black console window that opens first and stays in the background ) and hit enter. It will print some txt, should be done in max few seconds. Then you exit the game and upload the fresh log as usual. That log will now include more info about the Content Patcher edits as well as your config inputs ( no screens needed c: )
Both my stable and garage look the same, with both having horse stuff inside (hay+water bucket). They both look like the option 3 in the un-updated image of the Medieval Building config, the now option 2 since you said you switched them. Maybe at the current 1.6.3 patch, garage functions as a garage but takes the config of a stable? idk haha. Screenshot of stable and garage
Weird. Just updated tractor mod today to see if that would fix it and its still like this. Guess I'll have to file a bug report there. Thanks for the help.
No changes to the buildings in 1.6 so it's working as is. I'll update it for new CP format later to ensure best performance but it's low on priority list for now.

Hope this wasn't too confusingly worded.

This is a simple content pack that uses no fancy update rates so it shouldn't cause lag on location change. Is your mod loadout heavy? Log?

Yup, Your garage is officially a stable = issue with Tractor mod itself.
