I'm not going to add compatibility for gender swap NPCs. The amount of work I would have to do for something I don't use myself, no thanks. Feel free to do it yourself though.
It is planned. I took a glance and saw there's 5 guys and 5 girls... that is as far as I have gotten into looking at it though. I need to know if any of them have family members that would need to be added to the disposition + gift taste + edit the art to make them look like the 10 potential parents 10 girls + 10 boy = 40 portrait edits and 40 sprite edits art is the main reason I have not added them yet.

Lance should be compatible now. You just have to make your own art if you don't want the kids to be the Adoption look. Every NPC with a folder in the art section should be compatible.
